Voiset now fully supports Arabic: voice and RTL interface

Everyone should feel comfortable in the app they plan their day with. At LEAP 2025, we got a lot of requests to support Arabic properly: not just voice input, but a true right-to-left interface. And now, here we are.

Voiset 2.0 fully supports Arabic, both as voice input and as a full RTL interface, on the web and in our mobile apps, so staying productive doesn't take extra effort. Even better, you can work bilingually, in Arabic and English at the same time. This is incredibly helpful for capturing tasks on the go and boosts productivity in multinational teams.

And Arabic is part of a bigger picture: Voiset understands voice input in 55 languages, with a localized interface in many of them.

A fresh, faster design

In 2.0, we've updated the interface of our mobile apps and rebuilt onboarding for new users, so getting started is faster and smoother. What else is new in 2.0

We could write pages about everything new in this version, it's our biggest update yet. But here are the highlights.

1. ‍Tasks from templates. Create tasks from ready-made templates in a couple of clicks. Need a quick call with someone without the usual scheduling back-and-forth? Use the quick meeting feature: the system already knows your availability, so it just finds the slot.‍
2. Reschedule widget. A widget that keeps an eye on your plan and reminds you about tasks that still need to be done. Our AI finds the best time for each task, but the final word is always yours: you confirm it, you complete it.‍
3. Activity booking. A comfortable way to let others book a call with you, by your rules. Your customer or partner picks a time that works for both sides.‍
4. A growing MCP server. The functionality of our MCP server grows with every release, turning Voiset into a bigger planning system. You can even create a standalone workspace for your AI agent and let it manage its own tasks in Voiset.‍
5. Tablet support. We didn't forget tablet users: the interface fits bigger screens beautifully, smooth and fast.‍
6. Contacts and your network. When you create a note or a task, or simply tag a person, Voiset builds a social graph of your connections. Over time, you see the history of your communication and where each relationship stands.
